Welcome to SeraPOS. By accessing or using the SeraPOS mobile app, web application, API, and cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions & Scope

SeraPOS provides cloud-enabled POS, inventory management, accounting ledgers, receipt printing, customer/supplier tracking, and business analytics services for retailers and business owners.

2. Account Security & Registration

Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain strict confidentiality of account passwords, PIN codes, and authentication credentials.

3. Data Ownership & Accuracy

You retain full legal ownership of your store inventory and sales data. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of product prices, stock levels, discounts, and customer credit entries.

4. Offline Synchronization

Offline transactions stored in your local device SQLite storage automatically synchronize with cloud servers when network connectivity is restored.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Fraudulent invoicing, unauthorized system access, security bypassing, spamming, or engaging in illegal trade using SeraPOS is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions, SMS credits, and premium feature tiers are billed according to selected plans. Payments are processed securely via verified third-party payment gateways.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
